This is a blog about the use of the web for social change. I will share things I discover and hopefully readers will as well. I’ll also tell you about zoogeez, an online place I’m developing for kids to connect with their planet and each other.
This blog is the creation of Allan Isfan, a father of three, and the CEO of FaveQuest, a Social Media Platform company based in Ottawa, Canada. Zoogeez is an initiative of the Isfan family which includes Allan, his high school sweetheart Yvonne and their three incredible girls. The kids came up with the Zoogeez name, the logo, the characters that will guide new kids into the Zoogeez world, and the fun ideas that will be part of this world.

The concept has been brewing for a while and it is finally time to make it happen. Allan has kicked off some speaking engagements to help build a community around this world changing initiative and hopes to have the first project on-line in early 2010.
Kids Can Change the World 
hi i was wondering exactly what the money will be used for. i have to write a paper on the power of youth and this is a good example but i have to prove that the money is going towards kids and organizations helping kids.

The exact distribution of funds is still a bit up in the air. We want to make sure we totally maximize the impact of the funds raised so that others can multiply the effect.

A significant portion is therefore going to aimed at micro-credit through relationships we will create with leaders in this space.
The opportunity to raise money should not distract from the the key goals which is to building a strong community of children that connect with each other and learn about their world through other kids.
